Co-vision at AICC-HEC Paris? A energizing space for sharing!

A great pleasure and joy to meet around our facilitator Emmanuelle Fiton Hellier, Monica Loup, Thierry Huck, Lionel Ortel, Perline Grandemange, Florence Boucard, Stephane Bernon, and Norma Loeffel

Our pilot group started Jan 22nd in a physical meeting. It was a great start, authentic, constructive, humanistic, and energizing with the promise of 5 session of practice! 

This kick-off was followed by 5 sessions: 4 of them remotely, always as efficient and rich, and than the 5th session organized as a physical meeting  end of September. This last session of our cycle brought us always much pleasure and energy. We had an inclusion with figures coming from the animal world (frosh, snail, horse, stork, ara and a porcupine) followed by the sharing of our COF profiles « Cultural Orientations Framework » by Philippe Rozinski (thanks to Monica) and finally a debrief of our year of sharing within this pilot group. 

And what's next? 

We have decided to continue our sharing and have planned sessions for the 1st half 2021!
