Best practices sharing between pairs

Our ambition is to put at disposal a regular plan of action for development and passing on of practices. For this, we are initiating 4 development centers of attraction:


Mentoring :

to allow to junior coaches to be accompanied by senior coaches. The junior coaches will be put in touch with senior coaches.


The course will be over a minimum of 3 meetings of exchanges and sharing. You wish to take part to this program, send an email to


Inter-vision or Co-vision:

led at the beginning by an experienced coach, this group of 5 to 8 coaches will meet 4 times over a period of 4 months so that they can exchange / work on common practices.

A process of collective coaching, of sharing between pairs and, also of co-development will be used. It is an opportunity to work on the complex cases encountered, to be supported, and also to learn about collective processes.



Programme of solidarity coaching:

to facilitate the first practice of coaches.


As coaches, we know that it is necessary to have experience and a minimum of practice hours to be fully operational with the person being coached. That is the reason why it is essential that we facilitate the access to the first practice and to do so with partners in agreement with our ethical framework.

Sessions of experiences sharing:

on relying on testimonies and "regards croisés" once per quarter face-to-face or during a webinar.
